Cancellation Policy
For cancellations made 10 days prior to camp, a 100% refund will be issued. For cancellations made after 10 days prior to camp, a 50% refund will be issued. In lieu of a refund, if cancelled within 72 hours prior to camp, a camp credit will be issued for 100% and good for up to one year and is non-transferrable. All refunds are excluding any Active fees. A 100% refund will be issued to all cancellations made within 24 hours of registration. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. For refunds to be granted, registrants have to self-cancel their registrations via the Active website (see instructions below).
No refunds will be issued due to a camper withdrawing from camp once camp has begun.
If a refund is requested due to medical or family emergency or extenuating circumstances, contact needs to be made with the camp director (soccercamps@gators.ufl.edu) as soon as possible. The camp director, along with compliance approval, will determine if the circumstances warrant the issuance of a refund. Please note that not all requests are granted and it is the sole discretion of Florida Soccer Camps and the University Athletic Association Compliance office whether or not the circumstances warrant a refund.
If Florida Soccer Camps are cancelled or suspended for any reason that is outside the control of Florida Soccer Camps, a full refund minus $15 to cover fees will be issued without request.
