Student Marketplace is the
only official, university-approved platform for UF students to safely buy and sell student football tickets.
Important Notes
- Only UF students can access the Marketplace
Must log in using your student ticket email or verified UF email
- Selling tickets outside the Marketplace may result in loss of ticket privileges
- 4-ticket limit per student (buying and selling)
Deadlines
- Listings + sales close: 12 PM (ET) Wednesday before gameday
- Groups must be finalized by: 12 PM (ET) Wednesday before gameday
Ticket Delivery
- Barcodes delivered Friday before gameday
- Notifications sent via text
Policies
- All sales are final (no refunds)
- Unsold tickets are automatically removed
- If unsold, your ticket will still be delivered for use
How to Sell Your Ticket
- Select “Become a Seller”
- Log in to your UF Account Manager
- Choose the game
- Complete seller onboarding
- Enter number of tickets (max 4)
- Set your price
- Select “List for Resale”
After Listing
- You’ll be notified via text if your ticket sells
- You can manage or remove listings anytime before sale
Payouts
- Allow 5 business days for payment to appear in your account
How to Buy a Student Ticket
- Select “Purchase a Student Ticket”
- Log in to your UF Account Manager
- Choose your game
- Select a listing
- Complete purchase
After Purchase
- Join or create a group under “My Groups” to sit with friends
- Barcodes delivered Friday before gameday via text notification
Additional Information
- If your plans change, remove your listing before it sells
- Once sold, no refunds will be issued
- Marketplace is the only approved way to transfer student tickets

- What is the Student Marketplace?
- The Student Marketplace is the only official, university-approved platform for UF students to securely buy and sell student football tickets. It ensures that tickets stay within the student community and helps protect your ticket privileges.
- Who can use the Student Marketplace?
- Only University of Florida students can access the platform using the email associated with your UF Account Manager.
- Can I sell my student ticket elsewhere?
- No. Selling your student ticket on any other platform is not allowed and may result in the loss of your student ticket.
- When can I list my ticket?
- Listings can be created at any time, but all sales must be finalized by 12:00 PM on the Wednesday before gameday.
- What if I change my mind after listing my ticket?
- You can remove your ticket from the Marketplace at any time before it is purchased. If your ticket is purchased, the sale is final and cannot be reversed or refunded, even if your plans change.
- When will I receive my barcode(s)?
- Ticket barcodes will be available to manage on the Friday before gameday, and you will receive a text notification when they're ready. **add language on save to digital wallet**
- When will I receive my payout?
- If your ticket is sold, your payout is triggered immediately, but please allow 5 business days for it to reflect on your bank statement.
- Can I sit with friends if I buy a ticket?
- Yes. After purchasing a ticket, navigate to the My Groups section and create or join a group to be seated with your friends. Group submissions must be finalized by 12:00 PM on the Wednesday before gameday.
- Are refunds available?
- No. All sales are final for both buyers and sellers. Please make sure of your plans before buying or listing a ticket.
- How does My Groups work?
- The My Groups feature is open continuously, allowing you to create or join a group at any time. However, group formation locks at 12:00 PM EST on the Wednesday before gameday for that week.
- If you create or update a group after Wednesday at 12:00 PM EST, it will only apply to the following game, not the upcoming one. Be sure to finalize your group before the deadline to be seated with your friends.
- How do I contact support?
- If you need help, click on Chat with Support in the menu icon (three line logo) at the top-right corner.
- Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and during gamedays to assist with urgent questions.
