HIGH SCHOOL: Graduated in December of 2016 and enrolled early at Floridaβ¦Played with the Showcase Baseball Academy Marucci National Team in the fall of 2016 and played in the inaugural Marucci World Series in Houston, leading the SBA team to the Championship gameβ¦Led Hough high school to a 24-7 record in 2016 and a third straight MECKA 4A league titleβ¦Named MECKA 4A All-Conference as a juniorβ¦As a sophomore, started four games and struck out 19 batters in 23 innings with a 0.95 earned run average...His first hit with the varsity team was a go-ahead home run against their rival.
