- Ranked second on the team with 12 RBI, and batted .333 with 14 hits -- which ranked tied for sixth on the team
- Recorded four doubles, tied for second on the team
- Logged four multi-hit games (all in a row from March 1-7), including a 3-for-4 game against South Florida (March 7)
- Had a career-high five RBI against South Florida (March 7)
2019 (Sophomore):
- Two-way player saw action in 22 games (10 starts) in the field and made 20 appearances on the mound (one start)
- Posted a 5.76 ERA over 25 innings with 25 strikeouts and 11 walks
- At the plate, batted .358 with seven extra-base hits and 11 RBI
- Notched three multi-hit games and two games with multiple RBI
- Had a career day at the plate on April 13 against South Carolina, going 4-for-5 with two home runs and four RBI; they were the first two home runs of his career; the second was a walk-off, three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to beat the Gamecocks
- Had nine scoreless outings in 20 appearances out of the Gators bullpen
- Had a team-high 12 appearances on the mound in SEC play, with a 6.75 ERA in 13.1 innings
2018 (Freshman):
- Made 31 appearances on the mound, tied for third-most in the SEC and the most by a freshman; his 31 appearances are the most by a freshman at Florida since 2014 (Kirby Snead, 32)
- Finished with a 6-2 record and 4.10 ERA over 52.2 innings pitched
- Became a key member of the Gators bullpen with a 3.75 ERA in 27 appearances out of the pen
- Posted a 3.38 ERA in 18.2 innings in SEC action over 15 appearances, tied for the most appearances in league play
- Also saw limited action at the plate, going 4-for-13 (.308) with two RBI and five walks
ALONSO HIGH SCHOOL:
- Drafted in the 34th round by the New York Yankees in the 2017 MLB Draft
- Two-time member of the USA Baseball 18U National Team in 2015 and 2016, winning a gold medal both summers
- Won a gold medal with USA Baseball 18U National Team in the 2016 COPABE Pan American Championships; pitched two scoreless innings in the gold medal game to finish off a 6-1 win over Cuba
- Did not allow a run in 5.0 innings with Team USA in 2016 and went 2-for-2 with a pair of doubles at the plate
- In 2015, went 1-0 with a 0.00 ERA in 9.1 innings with Team USA and had 16 strikeouts to just one walk
- Rated the 15th-best left-handed pitcher in the 2017 class by Perfect Game and 27th overall player in the state of Florida
