2019 (Junior):
- Selected in the fifth round of the 2019 MLB Draft by the Washington Nationals
- Made 11 appearances on the mound with nine starts, posting a 4.95 ERA in 43.2 innings pitched
- All nine starts on the season came in the weekend rotation
- Best outing of the season came in a win against Mississippi State, going six innings with two runs allowed on six hits
- Had a season-high six strikeouts against Winthrop on March 1
2018 (Sophomore):
- Pitched in 14 games, making 11 starts, with a 5-3 record and 4.47 earned run average in 50.1 innings
- Started the year as the Sunday starter and went 4-1 with a 2.33 ERA over his first seven starts
- Went a career-high 7.0 innings with one run allowed against Stony Brook on March 4
- Had a career-high eight strikeouts over 6.0 innings with one run allowed at Miami on February 25
- Suffered an injury late in the year and did not see action after May 8
2017 (Summer):
- Headed to the Northwoods League and played for the Madison Mallards
- Pitched in six games with five starts on the mound, posting a 1.53 ERA over 29.1 innings with 31 strikeouts
- Named the Top Prospect in the Northwoods League by D1Baseball.com
2017 (Freshman):
- Made 24 appearances on the mound as a true freshman with a 4-0 record and 3.23 earned run average in 39.0 innings
- Took on a huge role down the stretch in the postseason, totaling 14.1 innings with just one run allowed (0.63 ERA)
- Started the clinching game of the College World Series Finals against LSU, just the second start of his career, and pitched six innings with just one run allowed to earn the win
- Went 1.1 scoreless innings against Louisville in the CWS
- In the Super Regional against Wake Forest, combined for 7.0 scoreless innings with 10 strikeouts
- Had a career-high seven strikeouts over 5.0 innings in Game 3 against Wake Forest that clinched the trip to the CWS
- Earned two saves on the season, against Florida State and LSU
- First career win came against Columbia after pitching 0.2 scoreless
HIGH SCHOOL: Named the Bradenton Herald All-Area Player of the Year in 2016…Rated the No. 7 third baseman in Florida and 22nd nationally by Perfect Game…Hit .333 as a senior in 26 games with 17 RBI, 14 runs scored and two home runs…On the mound, had a 6-1 record and 0.38 earned run average in 55.2 innings in 2016…Did not allow an earned run during the regular season of his senior year, his first as a starter…Racked up 63 strikeouts to just 13 walkS…Named to the 2016 Rawlings-Perfect Game Preseason Florida Region Second Team…Transitioned to more of a pitching role prior to his senior year of high school after primarily playing infield…Cousin Rick Asadoorian was a first round draft pick of the Boston Red Sox in 1999.
