Rachel Adamkowski enters her second season with the Gators as a Football Performance Dietitian after being hired prior to the 2022 season.

Adamkowski arrived to “The Swamp” after spending the 2021 season in performance nutrition for the Cleveland Browns. Adamkowski was a sports nutrition graduate intern at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill (UNC) from 2019-21 and a sports nutrition intern at Duke in 2018.

A native of Raleigh, N.C., Adamkowski graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science where she was a sports nutrition intern for four years and later earned her Master of Public Health/Registered Dietitian degree from UNC in 2021.

Adamkowski is credentialed as a Registered Dietitian (RD). She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association (CPSDA).
