Thomas Fletcher

Thomas Fletcher enters his second season with the Gators as the team’s GameChanger graduate assistant. 

He began his coaching career at his alma mater, Alabama, as a special teams graduate assistant in 2023. 

Fletcher recently wrapped up his professional playing career after being drafted in the sixth round of the 2021 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. Fletcher also was later selected in the XL draft by the Seattle Sea Dragons and played for in 2023. 

Hee was a three-year starting long snapper at Alabama from 2017 to 2020. He won the Patrick Mannelly Award in his senior year, which is awarded the college football’s best long snapper. Fletcher was also part of the Tide’s two National Championships in 2017 and 2020.

The Georgetown, Texas native earned his degree in communication and commercial real estate from the University of Alabama in 2020.
