Overview

Studied sport management in grad school after earning his undergrad degree in telecommunications.
Joined the program prior to the 2014-15 season and promoted to a walk-on in November 2017, then put on scholarship for his final semester with the team in Spring 2019.
Appeared in 13 games for the Gators with six points and one rebound.
Part of three NCAA Tournament teams, one as a manager and two as a player.
Two-time SEC Academic Honor Roll honoree in 2018 and 2019.
Grew up a Gator fan and loved the strong culture and family vibe in the UF basketball program, passing on Division III playing opportunities to attend UF.

2018-19, Senior Season

2017-18, Junior Season

Made his first appearance in a Gator uniform in the season opener, posting a trillion with three minutes played.
Scored his first career points vs. UNF, knocking down a free throw.
Tallied his first career field goal in the win vs. Stanford.

Prep

Played four years of high school basketball at St. Pius X Catholic High School making it to the Georgia Class AAA Sweet 16 as a senior.
Team won the Jefferson Tip Off Tournament and the St. Pius X Christmas Classic Tournament and Elite 8 as a junior, finishing 8th in AAA state rankings as junior.
Also played volleyball and football in high school.

Personal

Parents are Mark and Valerie Krause and has two sisters, Taylor and Dylan.
Very competitive, coming from basketball family where both all three kids have been playing or working in basketball their whole life.
Dylan played basketball for Stevens Institute of Technology four years, currently holding the all-time blocks record with 122 and one year at Durham University in England, while Taylor is Marketing Coordinator for the New York Knicks.
Favorite NBA player is Dwyane Wade.
Has worn #12 all his life, but wearing #14 now for his dad’s birthday.
Has traveled to 13 different countries and four continents.
