Long-time Florida basketball staffer Mike Robuck enters his 21st season overall at UF, 17th with men’s basketball and second as Director of Men’s Basketball Operations in 2023-24. Robuck has worked on the men’s basketball support staff since 2007, including five seasons as Program Coordinator (2017-22) following 10 seasons as Program Assistant (2007-17).
A double Gator with a Bachelor’s in business administration and a Master’s in sport management, Robuck served as a manager with the women’s basketball program throughout his four years as a Florida student.
Over the course of his time with the men’s basketball program, Robuck has handled a wide variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to day-to-day team schedule management, team travel and logistics, recruiting operations and team liaison to Jordan Brand.
Robuck and his wife, Liz, have a son, Nathaniel.
