2011-12: Named to the Division I PING All-America Second Team… A first-team All-SEC and PING All-Southeast Region selection… One of two Gators to compete in every round on the season… Earned medalist honors at the SeaBest Invitational and Charleston Shootout… Tallied six top-five finished, including a pair of runner-ups… Led the team in stroke average (71.3), percent of rounds counted (93 percent), scoring differential (2.05), birdies (132), and top-10 finishes (nine)… His 71.3 scoring average is eighth-best in UF history… Recorded a hole-in-one on the 11th hole at the SunTrust Gator Invitational… Helped lead the Gators to three tournament wins at The Bake at the Ocean Course, the SeaBest Invitational, and Charleston Shootout.
2010-11*: A 2011 All-Pac-10 Honorable Mention selection… Was the runner-up at the U.S. Collegiate Championships… Placed fourth at the Jack Nicklaus Invitational… Finished third on the Trojans in stroke average… Competed for USC at the Pac-10s, NCAA Regionals, and NCAA Championships.
2009-10*: Earned All-Pac-10 First Team, NCAA West All-West Region, and NGCA Freshman All-American honors… Was the Pac-10 Co-Freshman of the Year… Led USC in stroke average (72.12) and posted three top-10 finishes… Post six straight top-25 finishes heading into NCAA Championships where he tied for 25th place… Was the runner-up in consecutive tournaments, the USC Collegiate Invitational and Southern Highlands Collegiate.
Amateur: Won the 2012 U.S. Amateur Public Links Championship at Soldier Hollow Golf Course in Midway, Utah… Received an invitation to the 2013 Masters Tournament and is exempt from qualifying for the 2012 and 2013 U.S. Amateurs… Qualified for the 2011 U.S. Amateur by finishing second at the Dalhousie Golf Club qualifier in Cape Giradeau, Mo… Won a pair of major junior events in 2009, the Rolex Tournament of Champions and Junior PGA Championship… Represented the United States at the Toyota Junior Golf World Cup, helped the U.S. to a second-place finish by placing seventh individually.
Prep: Named the 2007 and 2008 South Florida Sun-Sentinel Boys’ Golfer of the Year… Led his American Heritage team to the 2008 Florida Class 1A Tournament after winning the individual district and regional titles.
