John Hulvey enters his first year with Florida.
Hulvey is in his 15th year of coaching. He has served as a head coach for three USA Club teams, three high school programs, and three years as a volunteer assistant coach collegiately. He is currently the head coach of Gator Swim Club in Gainesville, Florida.
Through his years of club coaching Hulvey has coached swimmers of all levels, from novice to Olympic Trials qualifiers. Swimmers have graduated to represent schools across the country and have gone on to be conference champions and NCAA finalists. He is also a current member of the Florida Swimming LSC executive board.
A graduate from the University of Florida in 2006, Hulvey is a native of Gainesville.
