2013: Ran a personal best 47.47 in the men’s 400 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships, just missing out on racing in the final by finishing ninth in the preliminaries … Turned in five top-10 finishes outdoors in 2013 … Placed third in the men’s DMR with a time of 9:52.03 and ran a personal-best time of 21.63 in the men’s 200m prelim at the SEC Indoor Championship … Placed seventh in the men’s 200m consolation final with a time of 22.32 at the Husker Invitational … Claimed fourth in the men’s 200m open with a time of 22.06 and claimed second in the men’s 400m with a time of 48.75 at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet … SEC Academic Honor Roll.
2012: Placed fifth in the men’s 400m at the UCF Invitational with a time of 48.88 and ran the 200m with a time of 21.94 … Was a member of a 4x400m relay team which came in fourth place at the SEC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:09.16 ... Finished in second place as a member of the men’s 4x400m relay at the Don Kirby Collegiate Elite Meet with a 3:09.46 ... Placed second in men’s 400m at the Virginia Tech Elite meet with a 49.05 ... 2011: Took home a runner-up finish indoors in the men’s 4x400-meter relay at the SEC Indoor Championships … Finished fourth with the men’s 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA East Preliminary Round and sixth at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.
2010: Won the first event in which he competed, taking home the 4x400-meter relay title at the Kentucky Invite … Claimed the SEC Indoor Championship with the men’s 4x400-meter relay team and finished fourth at the NCAA Indoor Championships, good for All-America honors.
HIGH SCHOOL/PREP: The Trinidad Junior National Champion in 2007 and 2008 in the 200-meter dash … Placed third at the Carifta Games in 2007 in the 200m, while also placing second in the 400m … Won the 400-meter dash at the 2007 Pan Am Games in Brazil … A member of the national junior record-holding 4x400-meter relay team … Personal bests of 20.85 (200m) and 46.94 (400m).
