University of Florida, Assistant Coach – Third Year (May 2019 – present)

2020-21 marked her second season on staff with the Gators
The Florida native helped the Gators earn a spot in the 2021 WNIT, their first postseason berth in five years
In Lang-Montgomery’s second season on staff, UF improved its season averages in scoring, scoring margin, field goal percentage, three-point percentage, free throw percentage, rebounds and turnovers per game
Under Lang-Montgomery’s guidance, Florida completed the non-conference slate with a 7-1 record, its best in five seasons
She played a key role in the development of Jordyn Merritt, who earned a spot on the SEC All-Freshman squad along with fellow freshman Floor Toonders who showed great promise and progression during her rookie campaign
Faith Dut continued to improve with Lang-Montgomery showing her the ropes in the post as the Canadian started 19 games, shot 49 percent from the floor and more than doubled her scoring and rebounding from her rookie season
In 2020-21, the Gators collected victories in both the SEC Tournament and the WNIT
The former Gator forward (1988-92) made a major impact in her first season (2019-20), spearheading the development of UF's forwards
Under her tutelage, fifth-year senior Zada Williams put together the best season of her career
Williams averaged 10.4 points, a team-best 7.2 rebounds and collected seven double-doubles all while shooting an impressive 60.2 percent from the floor
In addition to the improvement of Williams, the then freshman forward Dut blossomed under her guidance
Dut made great strides as the campaign progressed and by season's end was a dependable low-post option
As a team, Florida concluded the season with seven more wins than the prior season and at 15-15 finished .500 for the first time in four years
Montgomery also helped the Gators continue their success on the recruiting circuit as they signed five-star forward Jordyn Merritt and talented wing player, Brynn Farrell to the 2020 class

Flagler College, Head Coach – 10 Years (2009-19)

Departed as the program’s all-time winningest coach
Tabbed 2019 Peach Belt Conference Coach of the Year after guiding the Saints to a 21-8 finish, the program’s best record since 1977
Compiled a 39-17 record over her final two seasons
Helped lead the transition of the Flagler program from NAIA to Division II
Coached nine players to all-conference honors
Guided 16 players to academic all-conference accolades
Garnered seven Peach Belt Conference Team Sportsmanship awards

University of North Texas – One Year (2008-09)

Handled recruiting coordination for head coach Shanice Stephens
Helped further the development of first-team all-conference selection, Amber Jackson

Wichita State University – Five Years (2003-08)

Spearheaded the team’s recruiting efforts; helped land 2005 Missouri Valley Conference Freshman of the Year, Kiki Stephens
Remained on the staff of Jane Albright after she was named the Shockers’ head coach

University of Wisconsin – Three Years (2000-2003)

Coached three seasons on the staff of 33-year head coaching vet Albright, helping advance the team’s recruiting
The Badgers won 18 or more games in two of her three seasons in Madison

University of Southern California – Three Years (1997-2000)
