Overview
  • The 2021-22 season was Rickards' third season of college competition.
  • Emerged as a core contributor during her rookie season, appearing in all 30 contests and carried that into sophomore campaign where she started 22 games.

2021-22, Junior Season
  • Played in all 32 games for the Gators, starting in 30 while averaging 25.7 minutes per game
  • Averaged 8.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals per game
  • Led the Orange & Blue with 46 offensive rebounds on the season
  • Scored a season-best 17 points against LSU (2/20) and in the NCAA Tournament against UCF (3/19)

  • Shot a team-best 41.2 percent from three-point range during SEC play.
  • Tallied five double-figure scoring games, four of which came during conference play.
  • Hauled in five or more rebounds in eight games.

  • Christ the King is quite the basketball pipeline having produced the likes of Lamar Odom, Sue Bird, Chamique Holdsclaw, Tina Charles and former Gator men's basketball player, Irving Walker.
Personal
  • Native of Queens, N.Y.
  • Wears No. 15 to honor her late high school assistant coach Clare Droesch who passed away after a six-year battle with cancer in May of 2018. 
  • Droesch was one of the best players Christ the King history and went on to lead Boston College to four-straight NCAA Tournament appearances, including two Sweet Sixteens. 
  • Rickards was the last player to wear No. 15 at Christ the King before it was retired. 
  • Loves snacking on green olives.

  • Favorite memory of high school basketball was winning the state federation championship as a senior.
