AS A JUNIOR (2014)
Played in 25 matches her junior season in 2014 as the Gators went undefeated in the SEC to win the program’s 21st SEC Championship…Saw action in 65 sets, including NCAA Tournament matches against Alabama State, Miami and Illinois in the NCAA Regional Semifinal...Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll for the third season…Served up aces three times: against ranked Southern California when UF defeated the Trojans for Mary Wise’s 800th career victory, and against Alabama and at Arkansas in SEC play…Scooped up a season-best six digs against Texas in the first meeting of the season between the Gators and Longhorns in Gainesville…Mainly rotated in to serve…Had 118 service attempts behind the line, just 11 errors and three aces for a .907 serving percentage…Had a season-best 10 service attempts in Austin when the Gators knocked off Texas on their home court in the Gators’ regular-season finale.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
Played in 28 matches and started seven her sophomore campaign in 2013 as a key component to UF’s back row efforts...One of nine Gators named to the 2013 SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll…Played in 28 matches, 76 sets and earned eight starts her sophomore season, including UF’s match-up against Jacksonville in the NCAA Tournament First Round… Averaged 1.82 digs per set and had 18 service aces her second year as a Gator…Tallied five double-digit dig performances, including a career high 19 on the road at LSU Nov. 1…Also had 10 digs against Iona, 11 versus Western Michigan, 10 at Texas A&M and 10 at Kentucky in UF’s regular-season finale…Served up a career-high three aces at Kentucky to help UF win a five-set thriller…Her 3.0 points at UK were also a career best… Posted a perfect reception percentage in 23 matches to help stabilize the Florida defense…Additionally dished out 27 assists on the season, including four against both Iona and Western Michigan to tie her career high…Started against Iona, Western Michigan, at Ole Miss, versus Auburn, Tennessee, at LSU on the road and against the Tigers at home and against JU in the NCAA First Round.
AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
Had one service ace in a win over Mississippi State...Recorded playing time against No. 12 Florida State and notched one dig...Added a dig in the Gators’ five-set win over Texas A&M...Saw time against Auburn in the Gators’ 3-0 sweep...Added a dig in a win over Kentucky...Saw playing time in Florida’s sweep of Arkansas...Chipped in two digs against Mississippi State and also saw action against South Carolina...Saw action against No. 24 Kentucky...Played in all three matches at the Active Ankle Challenge...Recorded two digs against Jacksonville...Had five digs on the weekend at the Nike Big Four...Appeared in two games for the Gators at the Campus USA Credit Union Invitational...Had two service aces and two digs against FAMU…SEC Freshman Academic Honor Roll.
PRIOR TO FLORIDA
A 2010 AAU All-American as a member of the Pinellas Heat Elite Volleyball Club… Played libero for Tampa Bay Juniors with fellow Gator Mackenzie Dagostino, winning the 2012 USAV Girls’ Junior National Championships, as well as the Big South and Northeast Qualifiers… Named to the Pinellas County Senior All-Star game in 2011… Clearwater HS Tornadoes were regional semifinalists in 2010 and regional finalists in 2011… Clearwater was undefeated in conference play behind O’Rourke her senior season, who came up with 22 kills in Clearwater’s regional semifinal victory to put the Tornadoes in the 7A region final.
