- If I register for Express Entry am I still able to transfer or sell my tickets?
- Registering for Express Entry does not preclude you from transferring or selling your tickets. Tickets you have transferred or sold will now be active on the recipient's account and they can enroll for Express Entry if they would like.
- If tickets were transferred to me, can I still use Express Entry?
- Yes, given the tickets are properly accepted in your Ticketmaster account you can register for Express Entry.
- With Express Entry, do I still need to save my ticket on my phone?
- Express Entry utilizes facial verification at the gates. So, you will not need to pull up a ticket on your phone to enter the stadium. You will still need to have your ticket on your phone once you are inside the venue in case an usher needs to verify your seat location. Best practice is to save your ticket in your phone's wallet before you leave home so it is there for safe keeping.
- Can I bring a bag in if I am using the Express Entry lane?
- Fans utilizing Express Entry are permitted to bring an approved clear bag that is compliant with our clear bag policy.
- What is the difference between facial authentication and facial recognition?
- The Gators Express Entry utilizes facial authentification which confirms you have tickets to the game by matching your face to a photo you register in advance, similar to using your face to unlock your phone. Facial recognition, which the Gators are not using, tries to figure out who you are by scanning an area with a camera and comparing your face to a larger database of many people whether you opted in or not.
