Women's Golf Tied For Lead At Liz Murphey Classic

For the second straight day the No. 8 University of Florida women's golf team is tied for the lead with top ranked Duke as both teams have shot a score of 588 (295-293) at the 31st annual Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic at the University of Georgia Golf Course in Athens, Ga.
Three Lady Gators are tied for seventh place as freshman Aimee Cho (Orlando, Fla.), senior Jeanne Cho (Bradenton, Fla.) and senior Brittany Straza (Ft. Myers, Fla.) have shot a two round score of 146. Aimee Cho moved up to seventh from 18th place after shooting an even-round 72 today and Straza shot a two-under-par 70 to move up to seventh.
Junior Amanda Dick (Clearwater, Fla.) is currently tied for 26th place with a score of 150 (73-77) and sophomore Andrea Vander Lende (Longwood, Fla.) is tied for 43rd place with a score of 154 (77-77).
Freshman Tarah McNaughton (Bradenton, Fla.) is playing as an individual and is currently tied for 87th place with a score of 166 (83-83).
The final round of the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic will begin Sunday morning at 9 a.m.
