Three Gators Finish in Top Five at NACAC Championships

Sophomore Florida sprinter Jeremy Hall (Jacksonville, Fla.) was a part of Team USA's gold-medal winning 4x100-meter relay team as one of three Gators to finish in the top five in their respective events at the North America, Central America and Caribbean Games, held in Toluca, Mexico.
Hall and the U.S. 4x100-meter relay team finished in a winning time of 38.39. Hall ran the first leg, followed by Teddy Williams, Christopher Dykes and Arkansas' J-Mee Samuels.
Sophomore mid-distance runner Carlos Phillips (Winter Park, Fla.) was third in the finals of the 800-meter run, finishing in a time of 1:50.51. His performance in the finals came after being the top performer in the preliminary round, winning his heat and placing first overall in a time of 1:49.71.
Junior hurdler Kallinka Pitt (Largo, Fla.) finished fourth in the finals of the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 14.04 (-1.0).
