Coach Todd Morgan Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida assistant track coach Todd Morgan, who oversees the cross country program, addressed the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.
Coach Morgan provided his assessment of the team's meet on Friday, when the No. 15 women's cross country team finished 3rd out of 22 teams at the Notre Dame Invitational, placing ahead of seven other nationally-ranked teams. The men finished 17th. The women were led by senior Stacey Johnson, who finished sixth and set the third-best 5K time in UF history, and junior Charlotte Browning, who placed ninth in under 17 minutes for a personal-best time that ranks ninth in Florida record books. Junior Anthony Morales was the top finisher for the men, placing 38th overall.
Coach Morgan also previewed next week's race on Sat., Oct. 10 at the FSU Invitational in Tallahassee.
