The Florida volleyball team completed its first practice of the 2009 season on Monday evening in the L. Gale Lemerand Center.
The Gators worked on their serving and passing, and went through the offensive nomenclature with the squad's four new players.
Coach Mary Wise said the fact that most of the team's players know the Florida system, as compared to having six freshmen last year, allows her team to "move full speed ahead."

GATORS COMPLETE PHOTO DAY - August 10, 2009 2:21 p.m.
The Gators have concluded their 2009 photo day and everyone had a good time taking a variety of photos from headshots to the team photo and a senior class shot. The athletes also filmed promotional pieces for the video boards and Coach Wise read a public service announcement.
