Head Coach Roland Thornqvist Met with the Media on Monday

University of Florida head coach Roland Thornqvist met with the media Monday morning as part of the Gators' All-Sports Media Day.

Coach Thornqvist shared his assessment of the season-opening tournament last weekend, when several members of the team competed in the 2009 SEC Coaches Fall Classic held in Nashville, Tenn.

He also discussed and fielded questions about the nine-member roster compared to last year's roster, on being able to attend the Florida – Tennessee football game this Saturday, on the outlook for the 2009-10 season and on seniors Marrit Boonstra and Anastasia Revzina returning along with sophomores Jessica Alexander and Joanna Mather, who all welcome the nation's top recruiting class to the court this year.
