Track and Field Athletes Head To USA Championships

Members of the University of Florida track and field teams will head to Eugene, Ore., this week to participate in the USA Track and Field Championships and Junior Championships hosted by the University of Oregon at its historic Hayward Field June 23-26.
The top track and field athletes will be competing for a spot on the World's finest track and field team. The 2011 USA Outdoor Track & Field Championships will select the members of Team USA who will compete in the IAAF World Championships Aug. 27-Sept. 4 in Daegu, South Korea.
Single-day ticket prices are $25, $20 and $15 for day one and $30, $25 and $20 for days two through four. All session passes for $100, $80 and $65 are also still on sale.
Fans interested in purchasing tickets are encouraged to do so on line at www.goducks.com. Tickets may also be purchased by calling 541-346-4461 or in person at the Athletic Ticket Office in the Moshofsky Center.
Current members of the Florida team participating in the USA Championships includes: Will Claye (Phoenix, Ariz.), Jeff Demps (Winter Garden, Fla.), Tony McQuay (Riviera Beach, Fla.), Jeremy Postin (Auburndale, Fla.), Christian Taylor (Fayetteville, Ga.) and Terrell Wilks (New Haven, Conn.).
Current members of the Florida team participating in the USA Juniors includes: Ebony Eutsey (Miami, Fla.), Lorraine Graham (Springdale, Md.), Eddie Lovett (West Palm Beach, Fla.), Cory McGee (Pass Christian, Miss.) and Fawn Miller (Stoneboro, Pa.).
