CollegeSwimming.com Ranks Both Gator Teams Second in the Nation

CollegeSwimming.com has ranked both the University of Florida men's and women's swimming and diving teams second in the nation in the first 2013-14 Endless Pools/CollegeSwimming.com Top 25. The ranking accounts for teams' top performances over the preceding month and is the only objective ranking of college swimming for NCAA Divisions I, II, and III, NAIA, and NJCAA.

Florida men were ranked second in the nation in last week's College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) poll. The CSCAA poll for the women's team is expected to be released this week.

Up next: The Gators will host Georgia on Friday at noon at the O'Connell Center. Both Georgia teams are ranked sixth in the country by CollegeSwimming.com. The Lady Bulldogs are the reigning NCAA and SEC Champions.
