
Florida Swimming in the Top 25 Polls: Week 3

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- The University of Florida men's and women's swimming and diving teams remain among college swimming's Top-15 rankings in the Week Three polls. The Gator men remain at the No. 1 spot for the third straight week while the UF women sit at No. 13.
The Gator men have a point total of 789.69, based off their initial three meets which opened the season. The Gators are one of nine SEC schools ranked among the Top-25, joining Georgia (second), Auburn (fourth), Alabama (sixth), Tennessee (10th), Missouri (13th), Kentucky (14th), South Carolina (18th), and Texas A&M (19th).
On the women's side, UF comes in at No. 13 with 746.76 points, following their initial four meets. The Florida women are one of nine SEC schools ranked among the Top-25, joining Georgia (second), Auburn (third), Tennessee (eighth), Alabama (12th), Texas A&M (16th), Missouri (18th), Arkansas (22nd), and LSU (25th).
The Orange and Blue return to action on Friday, Oct. 30, when they square off against SEC rival Georgia inside the Stephen C. O'Connell Center in Gainesville, Florida.
