
NCAA Championships: Day Three Prelim Results

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The University of Florida women's swimming & diving team competed on the third and final day of prelims at the NCAA Championships in the Greensboro Aquatic Center in Greensboro, N.C.
Today's prelims featured five time trial races and the platform dive. In the pool, the Gators qualified two individuals and one relay for tonight's finals. One Gator and the relay squad will be in the A-Final competing for an NCAA Championship. In addition, a trio of Gators (Autumn Finke, Taylor Roy, Jessica Theilmann) will be competing in a timed final of the 1,650-yard freestyle. Those races begin at 4:30 p.m. and will lead into tonight's finals.
Tonight's finals, which begin at 7 p.m., will feature the same events that were swam during prelims along with one timed final heat of the mile. Fans can watch the finals here.
Also, check tonight's finals recap to see how Kahlia Warner performed on the platform dive during prelims and potentially finals. The Queensland, Australia native set the school-record in this event at the SEC Championships with a mark of 326.45 points.
The top eight times (places 1-8) in each preliminary race, including relays, advanced to the finals and will earn NCAA All-America honors. The next eight times (places 9-16) will swim in the 'B' final and earn NCAA All-America honorable mention. The top 16 finishers will score points for their team.
