Head Coach Emily Glaser:
Thoughts on the Gators' opening round:
“Overall, it was a solid start to the tournament. We did a lot of positive things today. I thought our attitudes were great, which allowed us to hang tough when we made mistakes. We will try and learn from those mistakes for the next few days and the goal is to go out and play fearless.”
On Taylor Tomlinson's opening-round performance:
“I'm really happy for Taylor. She had a great qualifying tournament over the weekend, and carried it into today. She just played nice and steady golf, and it paid off with a great score.”
