Gators Wrap Up Day 1 of Auburn Diving Invite

Madden finishes fourth overall for Gators
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Gators' diving teams competed on the first day of the Auburn Invitational, with both teams in third after the first day of competition.
Brooke Madden finished fourth overall in the women's 1-meter final, posting a score of 286.20. Brianna Felegi finished 11th in the final with a score of 215.20, while Boni Trinter recorded a mark of 179.20 to finish 14th.
Dalton Goss finished 10th overall in the 3-meter finals with a score of 286.65, while Alex Farrow followed in 12th with a mark of 275.95.
During the preliminary round, Madden led the way for the women's team, finishing third with a score of 298.45 on the 1-meter. Felegi posted a score 208.00 to finish 13th and Trinter recorded a mark of 182.10 to finish 15th.
On the men's side, Farrow and Goss finished 10th and 11th, respectively on the 3-meter board in the preliminary round. Farrow recorded a score of 281.30 and Goss finished with a 268.20.
Day 2 begins Monday at noon E.T., 11 a.m. C.T. with the women's 3-meter and men's 1-meter.
