
Nick Lydon Leads Gators on Day Two in Auburn

AUBURN, Ala. – Nick Lydon led the Gators as he placed eighth on the 3-meter on day two of the Auburn Invite at the James E. Martin Aquatic Center. The University of Florida men's diving team returned to the springboards on Tuesday.
Lydon amassed a score of 294.90 in the prelims, before he improved on his total and tallied a mark of 316.50 in the finals. He finished the finals in eighth.
Lyle Hayes-Macaluso finished with the second highest mark for the Gators with 307.25 points, nearly tying a personal best, as he placed 10th overall. In the prelims, he compiled 280.10 points.
Alex Farrow produced a prelim score of 323.90. In the finals he notched a mark of 274.35 and placed 12th.
Santiago Morales recorded 233.60 points in the prelims. In the finals, he finished with a personal-best score of 270.65 and finished in 14th.
