GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida plays host to Vanderbilt on a fun-filled, busy Sunday afternoon at 1 p.m.
The game won't be the only exciting event taking place in Exactech Arena.

- Each of Florida's last six games have been against ranked opponents and the Gators have been impressive during the run despite not landing a victory.
- FOUR of the games have been on the road.
- FOUR of the games have been decided by single digits.
- The Gators led Georgia and South Carolina by 10 points, Texas A&M by six and Missouri by five points but just weren't quite able to finish the job.
- UF played Mississippi State twice during the run and the Bulldogs are the only team the Gators couldn't quite reel in.

Familiar Face
- Former UF head coach Carolyn Peck took a break from the sideline following her five years leading the Gators (2002-07) and turned her talents to the broadcast booth where she worked for ESPN.
- In the Spring of 2016, her alma mater came calling and brought her back into the coaching world.
- Peck is now is her second year as an associate coach at Vanderbilt.
- Guided UF to a 72-76 overall record, 24-46 in SEC action.
Another Familiar Face
- Working as the analyst for SEC Network on the game is Carol Ross, who was the head coach of the Gators for 12 seasons (1990-2007).
- Ross, who is the winningest coach in program history, led UF to a 247-121 overall record, including an 84-62 mark in the SEC.
- The Gators earned nine NCAA Tournament berths under Ross, advancing as far as the 1997 Elite Eight for the first - and still only - time in program history.

- Carolyn Peck and Carol Ross won't be the only folks with ties to the program at the game because it's Gator Alumnae Weekend!
- All alumnae of the program are welcome to attend a social on Saturday evening, be recognized during Sunday's game and invited to a postgame reception along with the families of the Gators' seniors.
