FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The 14th-ranked Gators (11-3, 2-1) head to Fayetteville, Ark. to take on the Razorbacks (6-9, 0-3) in a SEC battle on Friday.
First serve is slated for 8 p.m. ET on the SEC Network +, with Josh Haley and Caitilin Donahoe on the call.
The Gators are coming off a tightly-contested 3-2 loss against the Kentucky Wildcats, while the Razorbacks are coming off a 3-0 loss to Texas A&M.
Florida is ranked in the top-3 in three different categories in the SEC: hitting percentage (2nd, .272); opponent hitting efficiency (2nd, .170) and blocks per set (1st, 2.66).
Individually, Thayer Hall is ranked sixth in points per set (4.37), sixth in service aces per set (0.34) and seventh in kills per set (3.72).
Marlie Monserez sits fourth in the conference with 9.86 assists per set, while Allie Gregory is fifth in digs per set, averaging 4.20.
Lauren Dooley is ranked fourth in blocks per set, averaging 1.10 and Paige Hammons is also ranked fourth in service aces per set, registering 0.37 through the season thus far.
Through the first two weeks of conference play, the Gators are ranked first in blocks per set (3.00) and first in service aces per set (1.50).
The last time out against Arkansas, the Gators won in four (20-25, 25-15, 25-20, 25-15) in Gainesville, Fla.
Four Gators recorded double-figure kills on the day: Paige Hammons (16), Taelor Kellum (12), Rachael Kramer (10) and Mia Sokolowski (10). As a squad, UF hit .358 in the match, including a .542 clip in the second set
Allie Monserez dished out 44 assists, while Allie Gregory posted a team-high 15 kills.
On the day, the Gators recorded 12.0 total blocks, led by seven from Taelor Kellum. Rachael Kramer registered five blocks, while Paige Hammons and Holly Carlton both posted four on the afternoon.
