The Gators head to Athens, Ga. for a SEC matchup between two of the top four teams in the league

ATHENS, Ga. – The 15th-ranked Florida volleyball team is back on the road on Sunday, facing the Georgia Bulldogs in a battle of two of the top four teams in the SEC.
First serve is slated for 12 p.m. on the SEC Network +.
The Gators are coming off a sweep of Auburn, while Georgia dropped a five-set decision to South Carolina on Friday evening.
Florida is ranked in the top-3 in three different categories in the SEC: hitting percentage (2nd, .281), opponent hitting efficiency (2nd, .185) and blocks per set (1st, 2.52).
Individually, Thayer Hall is ranked fifth in points per set (4.56), fifth in service aces per set (0.33) and sixth in kills per set (3.89).
Rachael Kramer sits fourth in the league in hitting percentage with a .374 clip.
Marlie Monserez ranks fourth in the conference with 10.29 assists per set, while Allie Gregory is fourth in digs per set, averaging 4.16.
Lauren Dooley is ranked fourth in blocks per set, averaging 1.11 and Paige Hammons is also ranked fourth in service aces per set, registering 0.35 through the season thus far.
In conference play, the Gators are ranked third in blocks per set (2.49), third in hitting percentage (.283) and third in opponent hitting percentage (.197). Rachael Kramer is first in the league in hitting percentage (.432).
In the last meeting between the two squads on Sept. 29, Florida won in four sets (22-25, 25-21, 25-23, 25-17).
As a team, the Gators hit .325 and racked up 53 kills, led by 15 from Thayer Hall. Holly Carlton added 14 kills with a .414 clip.
Three Gators registered seven kills in the match: Rachael Kramer, Paige Hammons and Lauren Dooley.
Marlie Monserez dished out 45 assists, averaging 11.25 per set.
Allie Gregory led the backcourt defense, recording 20 digs. Hall added 11, while Monserez added eight of her own.
Florida recorded 13 blocks in the match, with 12 of them coming after the first set. Dooley, Kramer and Carlton led the way at the net, each registering four blocks.
