No. 3 Gators Begin Spring Slate at Northrop Grumman Regional

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gators women's golf hits the road this weekend for their first event of 2019, the Northrop Regional Challenge in Palos Verdes, California, hosted by Ohio State.
The Gators are coming off an extremely successful fall schedule that brought them one tournament title, one individual title, seven top 10 individual finishes, and three top five team finishes. Florida is currently ranked No. 3 in the country in the GolfStat team rankings, behind No. 2 Texas and No. 1 USC.
Course Information: The tournament is being played at the Par 7, 6,017 yard Palos Verdes Golf Club.
Format: 54-hole stroke play where teams will play three rounds over three days. Sunday and Monday will have a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. ET and Tuesday will have an 11:30 a.m. ET shotgun start

I know everyone is excited to get the spring season started and to compete again. This event is always a strong field and a challenging golf course but we wouldn't want it any other way.
