Gators Remain Steady in the AVCA Coaches Poll

Florida stays at the No. 11 spot after an undefeated 3-0 weekend
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – After a perfect 3-0 weekend at the Honda of Gainesville Gators Invitational, Florida stayed steady at No. 11 in the AVCA Top-25 poll.
Florida started out the tournament with a four-set win over South Florida on Friday afternoon, then picked up a sweep over James Madison on Friday evening.
UF closed out the weekend with a five-set victory over Long Beach State on Saturday.
The Gators continue their schedule with a matchup against in-state rival No. 23 Florida State on Tuesday at 6 p.m. After that, Florida has an action-packed weekend with the Gators Invitational, hosting Northern Arizona, Liberty and Louisiana on Friday and Saturday.
