Jessica Pascoe notched her second consecutive first-place finish at the Mountain Dew Invitational on Saturday, while also becoming only the second Gator in school history to record four top-five finishes in the event's history. She blazed through the women's 5k, crossing the line in 16:54.74, which was almost a minute faster than the next finisher (17:52.22).

Pascoe's performance notched the third-fastest 5k time on the University of Florida golf course, as she holds the top time (16:13.87) from her first-place performance in last season's Mountain Dew Invitational. Additionally, her time of 16:54.74 is currently the fastest time thus far out of all SEC women runners who have competed in a 5k this season.
Florida will compete next in two weeks when it splits the team for races at the Virginia Invitational and UCF Knights Invitational on Friday, Sept. 27.
