GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The 12th-ranked Florida volleyball team continues SEC play on Sunday against the Georgia Bulldogs.
First serve is for 1 p.m. on the SEC Network + with Tom Collett and Missy Whittemore on the call. ESPN Gainesville 98.1 FM/850 AM will air the radio broadcast.
The Gators are coming off a sweep of Auburn, while Georgia won an tough five-setter against South Carolina on Friday evening.
Florida is ranked in the top-3 in three different categories in the SEC: hitting percentage (2nd, .286); opponent hitting efficiency (3rd, .157) and blocks per set (2nd, 2.54).
Individually, seven Gators are ranked in the Top-10 in six different statistically categories. Thayer Hall is fifth in points per set (4.33), sixth in kills per set (3.76) and 10th in service aces per set (0.32).
Marlie Monserez sits fourth in the conference with 9.85 assists per set, while Allie Gregory is third in digs per set, averaging 4.15.
Lauren Dooley and Rachael Kramer are both ranked in the top-10 for blocks per set, finishing seventh and ninth, respectively.
Rounding out the statistically ranked Gators is Paige Hammons, who sits fifth in service aces per set, averaging 0.35.
The last time out against Georgia, the Gators swept the Bulldogs in Athens, Ga. (25-13, 25-11, 25-20). Rachael Kramer led the way with 11 kills on the afternoon, while Paige Hammons added six.
The Gators notched 10 blocks as a team, led by six from Kramer and five from Holly Carlton.
