
No. 9 Gators Head to Auburn for Three-Day Invitational

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Eight members of the No. 9 University of Florida men's swimming and diving team will be traveling to Auburn, Ala. for a three-day invitational on Feb. 7-9 at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center.
The Auburn Invitational will not have team scoring, and will allow swimmers to meet time qualifications across multiple events. Live results for the meet will be pushed through the Meet Mobile App.
Friday and Saturday will hold identical schedules, with preliminary rounds beginning at 11:00 a.m. and finals for the same events taking place later that evening at 6:30 p.m.
On Sunday, prelims will start at 10:30 a.m. and the final rounds will get pushed up to 4:00 p.m.
Florida finished the 2019-20 dual slate with an overall record of 7-2, including a conference mark of 2-2.
The group will compete in the annual three-day competition in advance of the 2020 SEC Championships, which will also be hosted by Auburn University. Florida heads into this year looking to win its eighth-straight SEC Championship, dating back to the 2013 season.
