The Gators Are In Ninth Place Heading Into Day 2 Of The Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The University of Florida women's swimming team kicked off the NCAA Championships with a 9^th place finish in the 800 free relay.

The team of Talia Bates, Katie Mack, Kathleen Golding, and Nikki Miller placed 9th in the 800 free relay with a time of 7:01.43, which moves them up to number 10 on the UF all-time best list. .

Bates led off the relay with a time of 1:43.70, followed by Mack, Miller then Golding.
