GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 12 Florida volleyball team (18-4, 10-2 SEC) welcomes the Missouri Tigers (8-13, 1-10 SEC) to Exactech Arena on Friday night.
The conference clash is slated for a 7 p.m. start on SEC +, with Tom Collett and Josh Crow on the call. The match can also be heard on the airways of ESPN Gainesville 98.1 FM/850 AM with Nevada Cullen and Nick Cheronis on the call.
Florida is coming off a series sweep against Arkansas last week, while Missouri fell to Georgia twice in its last series.

- In its last contest, the then-No. 14 Florida volleyball team defeated the Arkansas Razorbacks in a five-set thriller (20-25, 25-23, 25-18, 20-25, 15-7) to remain in sole possession of first place in the SEC
- Florida was led on the offensive front by a 17-kill performance from Marina Markova. Sofia Victoria pitched in 16, while Merritt Beason added in a 12-kill effort. Both middle blockers – Bre Kelley and Gabrielle Essix – posted nine kills in the victory to round out the Gator scorers
- Alexis Stucky notched her fifth double-double of the season after registering 54 assists and 14 digs, all while leading the team to a .253 clip
- As a squad, Florida held Arkansas to a .199 hitting efficiency on the afternoon, to go along with 12.0 blocks. Essix posted a team-high eight blocks on the afternoon, followed by five from Beason. Kelley registered four of her own in the match, while Stucky and Markova each added three apiece
- Stucky and Elli McKissock paced the backcourt, each recording a 14-dig performance. Those were followed by Beason's 11, while Emily Canaan (7), Trinity Adams (5) and Victoria (4) combined for 16 in the match
- Canaan posted two service aces on the afternoon to lead the way for Florida and the duo of McKissock/Stucky each added one
- The last time these two squads faced off, the Gators defeated Missouri in straight sets in Columbia, Mo. (25-10, 25-23, 25-22)
- Florida's offensive attack was led by two 13-kill performances from former Gators T'ara Ceasar and Thayer Hall. Gator alumna Lauren Forte followed with seven kills of her own, while former Gator Marlie Monserez added six in the victory
- Four Gators hit over .300 in the match: Monserez (.750 | 6-0-8), Ceasar (.440 | 13-2-25), Forte (.357 | 7-2-14) and Hall (.333 | 13-4-27)
- Monserez dished out 32 assists in the match, leading the team to a .354 clip
- As a team, Florida recorded 10.0 blocks and limited the Tigers to a .135 hitting percentage on the night. Bre Kelley tied her career-high with six blocks, while Beason and Forte recorded five and four blocks, respectively
- Elli McKissock led the backcourt defense for the Gators with 16 digs on the night, followed by 11 from Hall. Beason and Monserez each recorded six digs in the win
- Florida recorded four service aces, led by two from Monserez
- With six matches left to play, Florida is tied atop the SEC standings with Kentucky at 10-2
