GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Event wins in four events – including matching the nation's 2022 high all-around total - earns Gator freshman Leanne Wong her second Southeastern Conference Gymnast of the Week honor.
This is the final of the SEC Gymnastics weekly awards as regular-season action closed last weekend. A Gator freshman took the SEC Gymnast of the Week honor for the first and final recognitions of 2022. Sloane Blakely kicked off the season claiming the award and Wong closes with today's honor. A Gator took the SEC Gymnast of the Week honor four of the 10 weeks, as Wong claimed her first in Week 6 and senior Trinity Thomas took the Week 8 award.
Other Week 10 recipients are Kiya Johnson, LSU (Specialists of the Week), Sophia Groth, Auburn and Amari Celestine, Missouri (Co-Freshman of the Week).

- 39.85 all-around ties teammate Trinity Thomas as nation's leader for 2022. Score is No. 2 all-time for UF. Third all-around win of 2022.
- In addition to all-around total, set collegiate bests for vault (9.975) and equaled collegiate bests for beam (9.95) and floor exercise (9.975).
- Second among Gators with 12 event titles in 2022
- In March 14 Road to Nationals standings, No. T13 in all-around (39.485), No. T5 in uneven bars (9.940), No. T19 floor exercise (9.925) and No. T23 balance beam (9.910).
