BUDAPEST, Hungary –
Katie Ledecky continued her triumphant week, becoming the most decorated female swimmer in history after winning her 21st medal in the women's 4x200m free relay on Day 5 of the FINA World Championships. Florida has now won gold medals in four consecutive days.
Omar Pinzon (200m back) and
Amro Al-Wir (200m breaststroke) both competed in the preliminary session on Wednesday morning.
Men's 200m Back
Omar Pinzon finished in 19th during Wednesday morning's preliminary sessions, touching the wall in 2:00.62.
Men's 200m Breaststroke
Amro Al-Wir broke his previous Jordan National Record, swimming the 200m breaststroke in 2:11.99, coming in 17th during the preliminary session. He was a tenth of a second away from advancing to the semifinals.

Katie Ledecky secured her 18th gold medal during the women's 4x200m free relay. Ledecky swam the third leg, and catapulted the USA from third to first after touching the wall in 1:53.67, one of the fastest split times ever recorded.
Dressel Withdraws from rest of FINA World Championships
Caeleb Dressel withdrew from the rest of his events at the FINA World Championships today after scratching out of the 100m Free semifinals yesterday due to medical reasons. Dressel won two gold medals earlier in the week, his first coming on Saturday as a part of the 4x100 free relay before repeating as the 50m fly world champion on Sunday.
Thursday's prelims are set to begin at 3 a.m. ET, followed by finals at 12 p.m. ET. The finals can be viewed on NBCSports.
