GAINESVILLE, Fla. – It's going to be a fun Gator soccer season at The Diz in 2023!
Gators soccer shares its schedule of promotions for the upcoming season.
Florida soccer kicks off competition for the 2023-24 Gators Athletics schedule next Thursday with a home match versus East Carolina. Fans can join the 2023 Women's World Cup celebration with national team giveaways at the UF-ECU match. Gators students might want to do some between semester studying on UF alumna World Cup history to claim a World Cup ball.
It's Ted Lasso Night for the August 20 match versus Maryland. Get a "Believe" card at the gate, which you can use to accessorize your Ted Lasso apparel for the costume contest. There is a Ted Lasso trivia contest and goldfish snacks for the kids.
It's Kids Day on August 27 versus Stetson. Get youth sized Gator soccer balls at the gate and enter to win a Florida State Parks Family Annual Pass ($120 value). Kids can form the tunnel to welcome the Gators on the field that evening and then children 12 and under can return to the pitch post-match to try to score a penalty on a real goal! Youth teams wearing their jerseys can get a team photo post-match on the field.
Celebrate anniversaries of the 1998 NCAA champion and 2013 Southeastern Conference title Gator soccer teams at the league home opener on Friday, Sept. 15 versus Missouri. Early arriving fans can get a Florida jersey replica t-shirt.
Time to get out your orange Gator gear for the Sunday, Sept. 24 match versus Kentucky. Orange Thunder Sticks available to the first 100 fans to help you get rowdy. Get your 2023 Florida soccer poster signed by the team at the post-match autograph session.
Get your 2023 UF Homecoming Weekend started at the Oct. 5 match versus Mississippi State. Pepsi will provide Florida t-shirts for early arriving fans, which will look great when you stop by the photo booth on the concourse to get your picture with Albert and Alberta.
Show your support for the Gators and for all those in the fight against cancer at the Oct. 19 match versus Auburn. Kicking for a Cure rally towels can be picked up at the gate. Cancer survivors will form the tunnel to welcome the Gators to the field.
Celebrate Florida's 2023 senior class at the Oct. 26 South Carolina match. Get a Florida Soccer scarf to show your Gator support on cool fall evenings. Halloween isn't far away so kids 12 and under can decorate a pumpkin pre-match.
