Hear from Head Diving Coach Bryan Gillooly
"Great start for us today. Carina was solid the whole way through and Camyla really showed what she was made of after a couple mistakes early in the meet. Her poise under pressure in her first zone meet was remarkable. Two for two in the first event gives us a lot of momentum moving forward. I'm excited to see what the rest of the meet has in store for us."
Zone B Championships will continue tomorrow, starting at 11 a.m. with the men's 1-meter prelims, followed by the finals at 1:15 p.m. The women head over to the 3-meter springboard for prelims at 3:15 p.m. before wrapping up the second day at 5:55 p.m. with the 3-meter finals. All sessions can be followed on DiveMeets.
Following Zones, the women's swimming and diving team will return to Athens for the NCAA Women's Championships on March 20-23, while the men's team travels to Indianapolis on March 27-30.
