The Gators will visit Arkansas and Missouri this weekend in hopes to tally an additional two wins to its SEC record
FAYETTEVILLE, ARK. — No.12 Florida will be traveling to Fayetteville to face No.51 Arkansas first for their weekend on the road. The match is set for Friday evening with doubles opening at 5 p.m. and singles are to follow. The Gators are coming off an impressive 4-0 win against No.17 Alabama.
Florida moved to a 4-2 conference record after defeating Alabama on Sunday afternoon.
GATOR SUCCESS
No. 15 Rachel Gailis (10-3, 5-1 SEC) has recorded the most victories against nationally ranked opponents so far. Gailis has posted three top-30 victories against No. 29 Dasha Vidmanova, No. 27 Sofia Cabezas and highly ranked No. 14 Carolyn Ansari. Gailis is hoping to continue dominating in singles action and looks to extend her four-game win streak against Arkansas.
Freshman powerhouse, Qavia Lopez (8-2, 4-1 SEC) snagged her fourth win of the spring season against Auburn putting her on a two-game win streak. Lopez's impressive performance in singles play opened the door for her to notch a national ranking by the ITA and SEC Freshman of the Week. Despite not yet seeing any ranked players, Qavia sits at No. 109.
No. 52 Sara Dahlstrom is currently the only undefeated Gator in SEC action (5-3, 4-0 SEC) and has two top-30 wins. Dahlstrom defeated No. 29 Mia Kupres from Texas A&M and defeated Georgia's Alexandra Vecic ranked at No. 25 earlier in the season.
On the doubles side, new pair Carly Briggs and Qavia Lopez recorded their second win of the spring season. The duo is now 2-0 after defeating Alabama's Anne Marie Hiser and Priya Nelson.
Alicia Dudeney and Malwina Rowinska posted their first doubles win as a pair on Sunday afternoon moving to 1-0.
ABOUT ARKANSAS
Ahead of Friday's match, Arkansas currently sits at the No. 51 spot with two ranked singles players and two ranked doubles teams.
Carolina Gomez Alonso sits at No. 31 with a 12-5 overall record and 3-1 in conference action. Indianna Spink takes No. 112 posting a 7-5 overall record and only recording one win in the regular season.
Doubles pair, Morgan Cross and Anet Koskel ranks at No. 36 going 7-2 overall and 2-1 in SEC action. Cross is also apart of another ranked doubles duo with Indianna Spink, taking No. 39. The pair has a 11-5 overall record but has not posted a win during the regular season.

The Gators last outing against Alabama showcased Florida's ability to dominate on their home court. The 4-0 victory, closed out the four-game home stand.
UF snagged the doubles point with duo Carly Briggs/ Qavia Lopez taking the first win on Court 2 blanking Anne Marie Hiser and Priya Nelson 6-0.
Alabama responded with Klara Milicevic and Ola Patik taking a 6-4 victory over Rachel Gailis and Bente Spee. Alicia Dudeney and Malwina Rowinska secured the point for the Gators with a 6-4 win against Anna Parkhomenko and Petra Sedlackova.
Moving into singles action 1-0, Florida kept their momentum taking the first set in all six matches. Alicia Dudeney snagged the first singles win against Klara Milicevic in a 7-5, 6-1 straight set victory. Dudeney extended the Gators lead to 2-0.
Sara Dahlstrom followed suit with a straight set victory of her own. Dahlstrom defeated Anne Marie Hiser 6-4, 6-3 on Court 2 and pulled Florida away 3-0.
The match ending point came from Rachel Gailis on Court 1. Gailis faced No. 83 Petra Sedlackova and took the first set 6-0. Rachel secured the win for the Gators with a 7-6 victory in the second set.
