GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year is coming to the nation's top gymnastics conference next season.
Selena Harris, a 12-time All-American, joins the Florida Gymnastics roster for her junior season in 2025.
Harris transfers to Florida after competing for UCLA the last two seasons. She showed why she was the nation's top recruit for the 2023 season, as Harris was one of two freshmen to earn All-America all-around first-team honors in both Women's Collegiate Gymnastics Association (WCGA) regular-season and NCAA competition. She was one of three all-arounders to repeat on the 2024 WCGA All-America first team.
She's earned five 10.0s – four on vault and one on bars. Harris' collegiate-best all-around (39.90) set versus Clemson in the regular-season finale was the nation's second highest posted of 2024. In her next meet, Harris used the nation's No. 5 total and a meet record of 39.825 to claim the Pac-12 all-around title, while also winning vault (9.975) and uneven bars (9.95). Selena Harris earned the 2024 Pac-12 Gymnast of the Year honors and collected 12 All-America honors in her two seasons at UCLA. She joins Florida for the 2025 season. Photo by Lloyd Smith
