SEC Unveils Florida’s 2025-26 Conference Schedule

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southeastern Conference has announced the full women's basketball slate for the upcoming 2025-26 season. Florida is set for another highly competitive conference season, with its first SEC matchup being at Tennessee on January 1, 2026.
The 16-game SEC format remains consistent, with each team facing eight opponents at home and eight on the road, including one designated home-and-home series that rotates each season.
Florida will open SEC play in Knoxville, taking on the Lady Vols, on Thursday, Jan. 1, before returning to Exactech Arena for back-to-back home games. The Gators will first welcome the 2025 NCAA Tournament runner-up, South Carolina (Jan. 4), followed by Texas A&M (Jan. 8).
The Gators then head out for a two-game road swing, facing Auburn on Sunday, Jan. 11, and Kentucky on Thursday, Jan. 15. Florida returns home to play Missouri (Jan. 18) before their final road contest of January in Baton Rouge vs. LSU (Jan. 26). The Gators close are set to close out January in Exactech Arena, welcoming SEC 2025 regular season champions, Texas (Jan. 29).
In February, Florida will travel to Vanderbilt (Feb. 1), then host Auburn (Feb. 5) and Arkansas (Feb. 8) in a back-to-back homestand. The Gators will then hit the road again to face Oklahoma on Feb. 12, followed by a bye week.
Florida finishes the regular season with a balanced mix of home and away contests, traveling to Mississippi State (Feb. 19) and Georgia (Mar. 1), while hosting Alabama (Feb. 22) and Ole Miss (Feb. 26) in Gainesville.
The 2026 SEC Women's Basketball Tournament will once again take place in Greenville, S.C., at Bon Secours Wellness Arena, running from March 4–8, and will feature all 16 SEC programs.
