On what it means to win gold again and defend his title…
"It's good. It's just this last one, enjoying it and taking it all in to be able to get the dub here. It's pretty special."
On helping the team individually…
"It's good. This is a big day, for our competitors especially, so just trying to get our team going and steal as many points as we can. Still going to be a tough meet moving forward, but I'm just trying to do my part and get us rolling."
On things to take from this race into post-season meets…
"Definitely some things I could clean up. That's what this race is for, though. Just letting it fly and seeing how it plays out, and then fine-tuning it into NCAA's."
