NOTABLES:
- Florida is the nation's leader in doubles with 100 through the first 49 games
- It's just the third time in program history that Florida has had 100 or more doubles in the same season: 2024 (112) and 2008 (102)
- For just the second time in program history and first time since 2009, six different Gators have double-digit doubles: Taylor Shumaker (16), Jocelyn Erickson (13), Kenleigh Cahalan (13), Gabi Comia (12), Kendall Grover (11) and Townsen Thomas (10)
- On Saturday, both Jocelyn Erickson and Kenleigh Cahalan both received Athletes Unlimited Softball League (AUSL) Golden Tickets in a surprise post-game ceremony. The Golden Ticket, presented by Aliyah Andrews, signify that they have each been drafted to play in the AUSL
- They become the second and third Gators to receive Golden Tickets. Korbe Otis received one in 2025
- Wednesday's match up against Florida State will feature the past two NFCA National Freshman of the Year winners: Taylor Shumaker (2025) and Jaysoni Beachum (2024)
- Kenleigh Cahalan now has single-season career bests in hits (62), doubles (12), home runs (15) and RBIs (59)
- With her victory over Auburn on Sunday, Keagan Rothrock moved into a sole-possession of seventh-most career wins in program history with 72, passing Aleshia Ocasio (2015-18) who had 71. In 12 innings pitched last week, Rothrock held a 1.17 ERA, allowing just two runs with 12 strikeouts and picking up two wins, including a complete game on Friday, and a save against FGCU
- Rothrock ranks second in the NCAA in victories (23), seventh in games started (26) and ninth in shutouts (5)
- Head coach Tim Walton is four games from his 1200th win as a head coach
- He would become the 18th coach in NCAA D1 history to reach the milestone and would be the 7th active coach with 1,200 or more wins
