2023: Competed in two meets... Recorded a finish of 21:34.5 (6k) in the SEC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 27)... Earned a time of 17:33.50 (5k) putting her in 9th place at the Mountain Dew Invitational (Sept. 15) aiding the women's team to a first place finish and eventually being named NCAA Team of the Week.

2022: Competed in three races… Placed 6th at the Arturo Barrios Invite with a time of 20:30.2 and helped the team to a third place finish… Finished 20th at the SEC Championships recording a time of 20:30.59… Earned 26th in the 6K at the NCAA South Regionals with a mark of 20:30.09.

2021: Participated in four meets… Placed 94th out of 246 athletes at eh FSU Pre-Nationals meet with a 6K time of 21:08.0… Recorded a time of 20:30.59 and place 20th at the SEC Championships… Finished 37th out of 231 athletes at the NCAA South Regional meet with a 6K time of 20:57.78 to help the women’s team to a 5th-place finish.

2020: Women’s team led by freshman Spyrou, as she held top times in both the 5K and 6K races… Finished 17th at SEC Championships recording a 6K time of 20:42.3.
