CAREER: Joined the team as a walk-on prior to fall workouts in 2007.

2008: Dressed for five games during the season, against Hawaii, Miami, Arkansas, The Citadel and Oklahoma… Saw his first action as a Gator on the defensive line against the Bulldogs… Named the Scout Team Player of the Week for his role in preparing the Gators for South Carolina.

2007: Dressed for five games (Western Kentucky, Troy, Florida Atlantic, Florida State and Michigan), but did not see game action.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 5, 1989.

MAJOR: Social and Behavioral Sciences.
