PRIOR TO FLORIDA:
As a senior at Lakewood, High School, Hopkins rushed for 863 yards on 127 attempts and scored eight touchdowns for the Spartan offense... He also hauled in five receptions for 42 yards… Saw limited action as a junior, putting together 193 rushing yards on 34 attempts with one reception for 20 yards… Named 2014-15 All-Tampa Bay Elite Team (honorable mention RB).
